During this 2-hour 1:1 Breathwork Journey, you’ll reconnect with yourself through the power of your breath.
Each session is a deeply personalised experience, shaped around your needs and intentions.

A key part of the journey is Conscious Connected Breathing — a powerful technique that uses a continuous, rhythmic breath to access and release stored emotions, balance the nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

How can I prepare for the breathwork session?
I would recommend setting an intention before the breathwork session, as it helps anchor your focus and gives the practice more purpose. This way, your experience is gently guided in a direction that feels meaningful to you.

Can I consume food, alcohol, drugs or caffeine before the session?
Please avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hour before a session. No alcohol, drugs or caffeine. Otherwise it could influence the breathwork journey.

What are the contra-indications?
The following conditions are contraindications for Conscious Connected Breathing: Heart disorders - Mental health conditions - Detached retina or other retinal issues - Epilepsy - Stroke or cerebral hemorrhage - High blood pressure - Glaucoma - Severe asthma - Alcohol or drug addiction.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
